Since 1978, we have embraced the banking profession in order to create wealth for our people through innovative and suitable solutions for the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises or industries.

Our journey began in a multinational bank and ended with a financial institution and a Universal Commercial Bank that we created from scratch. At a time when we thought we had hired and trained young executives in the field and brought hundreds of thousands of generations of new entrepreneurs into the world and that the time had come to hand over the reins, we were astonished to note that the issue of financing small and medium-sized enterprises still remains unaddressed and continues to challenge us.

This is the reason why we took advantage of the opportunity given by the new provision of the Bceao of 2010 which authorises the creation of the new profession of intermediary in banking operations (I.O.B.) to get a license in 2016 in the name of AMTEK FINANCIAL SOLUTIONS in order to expand in Côte d'Ivoire and in all the states of the West African Economic and Monetary Union (WAEMU).
